Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Antares Catamarans website, including pages, articles, images, forms, downloadable materials, inquiry tools, and other website features.
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Important note
The website is informational. Boat purchases, listings, build slots, options, pricing, warranties, service commitments, brokerage arrangements, and other commercial matters are governed only by written agreements signed or otherwise formally accepted by the appropriate parties. Nothing on this website creates a binding sale, reservation, warranty, offer, or contract by itself.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
References to “Antares,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Antares Catamarans and the affiliated people or entities involved in operating this website, marketing, selling, building, or supporting Antares catamarans.
2. Website content is general information
We work to keep website content useful and current, but boating information changes. Specifications, equipment, availability, pricing, options, delivery timelines, inventory, model features, performance information, photos, renderings, layouts, and article content may change without notice.
Images, videos, diagrams, renderings, and descriptions may show optional equipment, prior builds, owner modifications, pre-owned vessels, prototype details, or conditions that do not apply to every boat. You should confirm current details directly with Antares before relying on them for a purchase, build decision, financing decision, insurance decision, voyage plan, or service decision.
3. No professional, safety, or navigation advice
Website content may discuss cruising, systems, seamanship, maintenance, equipment, safety, performance, energy systems, weather, passage planning, and ownership topics. That content is general education, not professional advice, survey advice, engineering advice, legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice, safety instruction, captain training, or navigation guidance.
You are responsible for vessel operation, maintenance, compliance, crew training, route decisions, weather decisions, inspections, surveys, professional advice, and safe seamanship. Always consult qualified professionals, manufacturer documentation, applicable laws, and current conditions before making operational, maintenance, safety, or purchase decisions.
4. Boat inquiries, pricing, and availability
Submitting a form, requesting a brochure, requesting pricing, asking about availability, or contacting Antares does not reserve a boat, guarantee a price, guarantee availability, create a brokerage agreement, or create a purchase agreement.
Any quoted price, estimate, listing detail, build slot, option package, tax estimate, shipping estimate, delivery timeline, or availability statement is preliminary unless confirmed in a written agreement or written confirmation from an authorized Antares representative. Pre-owned vessel information may depend on seller-provided details and should be independently verified by the buyer, surveyor, broker, or other qualified professional.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its content are owned by Antares or used with permission, including text, copy, photography, video, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, code, downloads, diagrams, articles, and other materials.
You may view and download website materials for personal, non-commercial evaluation of Antares catamarans. You may not copy, republish, scrape, modify, distribute, sell, train models on, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where law expressly permits.
Antares names, logos, product names, trade dress, and brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.
6. User submissions and communications
If you send us messages, photos, vessel information, testimonials, reviews, corrections, suggestions, ideas, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to send them and that they do not violate another person’s rights.
You grant Antares a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, store, edit, display, publish, and share submissions as reasonably necessary to respond to you, support owners, improve our materials, operate the business, and, where appropriate, use testimonials, owner stories, or similar content in marketing. We will handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or third-party materials unless you are authorized to do so and you understand that ordinary website forms and email are not guaranteed secure.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website. Prohibited conduct includes:
- attempting to disrupt, damage, overload, probe, scan, or bypass the website or related systems;
- using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools in a way that burdens the site or extracts content without permission;
- submitting false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content;
- impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation;
- using the website to send spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial messages;
- violating applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions, privacy laws, or third-party rights.
8. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, brokers, listings, social platforms, video platforms, map tools, analytics providers, payment or communication services, owner resources, equipment manufacturers, or other external resources.
Third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or actions.
9. Owner, forum, and community information
Antares may reference owner experiences, owner quotes, community discussions, vessel stories, survey results, support materials, or historical owner information. These materials reflect particular boats, people, time periods, conditions, and opinions. They may not apply to every vessel, route, owner, or current model.
Owner-provided information should not replace professional survey, inspection, manufacturer documentation, service guidance, or direct confirmation from Antares or qualified specialists.
10. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antares disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website and website content, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, current, or free of viruses or harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antares and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or reliance on website content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid directly to Antares specifically for access to the website, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Antares and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, or submissions you provide.
13. International use
Antares operates with business connections in the United States, Argentina, and other locations. The website may be accessed globally, but we make no representation that website content is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws when using the website.
14. Governing law and disputes
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms and website-related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or related to the website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. This section does not override mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
15. Changes to the website and Terms
We may update, remove, suspend, or change website content or features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms for later use.
